Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item, including shipping costs.
How to Report a Damaged Item:
- Email support@coffeypark.com with your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos if possible.
- We will promptly arrange for a replacement including any shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Cancellations
Order cancellations and or modifications must be submitted in writing within 1 hour of order placement. After that time has elapsed, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please refer to those policies for more details.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost may vary by items.
Eligible Destinations:
CoffeyPark.com provides shipping services to the contiguous 48 states and Washington D.C.
Order Fulfillment:
For in-stock items, our fulfillment team has up to 3 business days to pick, pack, and ship your order unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Shipping Timing:
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched, and you should receive your products within 2 to 5 business days.
Shipping Updates:
Fulfillment and shipping updates will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. You'll receive notifications as your order is processed and shipped.

2. Chargeback Fees:
a. In the event that a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with our customer support team, or is deemed frivolous or fraudulent, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover administrative and processing costs.
b. The chargeback fee amount will be communicated to you before it is charged and will be deducted from any refund amount, if applicable.
3. Chargeback Validity:
a. A chargeback allows you to dispute a transaction and request a refund through your financial institution.
b. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication with our customer support may lead to delays in resolving your issue and negatively impact our ability to provide quality service.
4. Chargeback Investigation:
a. Upon receiving a chargeback notification, we will be informed by our payment processor or financial institution.
b. We will conduct a thorough investigation, including reviewing order details, communication history, and any supporting documentation provided by both parties.
c. As we must adhere to timelines set by issuing banks, the investigation process may take several weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time.
5. Resolution and Refunds:
a. If the chargeback is deemed valid and supported by sufficient evidence, we will comply with the decision made by the financial institution.
b. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, any refund issued by us will be reversed, and the original transaction will be reinstated.
Product
Follow these tips to keep your tees looking the same as when you purchased them:
- Wash your t-shirt inside out (this will help prevent damage to the design)
- Wash your garment in cold water
- Use a mild detergent
- Tumble dry on low or allow the clothing to air dry
This printing method is designed for clothing and is similar to digital printing on paper. In this process, pigmented water-based inks are applied to the surface of the garment, where they are absorbed into the fabric’s fibers.
